These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FluxBot Studio, including its Shopify application, the AI assistant and related services. By registering or using the service, you accept these Terms in full.

You agree to use FluxBot Studio lawfully and responsibly. You will not use the service to generate unlawful, fraudulent or third-party-infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these conditions.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide truthful information and keep it up to date.

FluxBot Studio, its brand, software and original content are the property of their respective owners. Content generated by the assistant is licensed under the terms described in the service interface.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, FluxBot Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
