In FluxBot Studio ("FluxBot", "we") we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you entrust to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. Data we collect: (1) Account data: name, email address and access credentials when you register. (2) Store data: the data needed to connect your Shopify account (store name, domain, access token with limited scopes). (3) Generated content: the messages, questions and answers exchanged with the AI assistant. (4) Usage data: interaction metrics and anonymized technical logs to improve the service. How we use your data: to provide the service, answer queries, personalize assistant responses, detect fraud and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Retention: we keep data while your account is active or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
